All orders will be shipped via Canada post, Purolator, UPS or other courier option desired. The cost will be paid by the buyer if urgent delivery is required. Once order is placed, a tracking number will be issued and sent to buyer.

Thank you for shipping at Perfume Styles. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

For all returns/refund or exchange the policy is the Fragrance should be unopened, sealed, with plastic cover on and price tag there. Any changes, alterations will void the return and exchange privileges. Within 24 hours of receiving we expect an email from you stating if anything is wrong. Any delay over 24 hours will not be eligible for return. 

Return process is simple. Send us an email at perfumestylesinc@gmail.com with Invoice #, Product description, Quantity purchased, reason for return and scanned original invoice copy.
